Please ship your package back to us via a trackable shipping method and please save your tracking #. Please allow 48-72 hours for processing of all returns/exchanges. There is no need to call, you will be contacted with any questions regarding your order.
It is very simple... you don't need to call or email us for a Return Authorization #. Right up front... PaddleballGalaxy DOESN'T charge a Restocking Fee !!
30 Day Paddle Return Policy
Here at PaddleballGalaxy, we understand the importance of holding a paddle in your hand. For that reason, we offer a 30-day trial period on our paddles. If you do not like the way the paddle plays, there is no need to call ahead. Just send it back to us and we will gladly get you a replacement or refund. While you are deciding whether or not you would like to keep the paddle, please treat it as it as if you were going to keep it, though we encourage you to play as you normally would. PaddleballGalaxy will accept the return of any equipment purchased from our company within 30 days after you receive your order. Equipment must be returned in resalable condition.
Just pack up items to be returned with a copy of your original invoice from PaddleballGalaxy or a clear note with your Name, Address, Phone Number specifying how you want us to handle the return. You may receive credit for the items or exchange items for other merchandise. Ship items to:
You will be given a complete refund less any shipping charges and/or upgrades (regrip) made on the equipment. Any free items received with the purchase of a returned item must also be returned or customer will be charged for those free items.
The customer is responsible for all shipping on returns and exchanges. We receive shipments from FedEx, UPS, and USPS daily.
Customers may exchange returned items for new merchandise at which time the returned items will be credited toward the purchase of any new items and the ship fee to ship the new item.
Shoes & Clothing Return Policy
Shoes and Clothing must come back in brand new shape. Feel free to try them on at the house, but please do not play on the court unless you plan on keeping them. Please be aware that most companies will not accept return of shoes under any circumstances. We offer this luxury understanding the difficulty in purchasing quality pickleball shoes but you as the customer must realize that Nobody wants return of USED sneakers!! The following rules must be followed to receive credit or exchange on sneakers:
- Please inspect your pair of shoes before using them on the court. Call us with any problem with the shoe before you wear them
- To be sure of fit, lace up the shoes and walk around INDOORS
- Shoes MAY NOT be returned if worn outside or used on a court. We do not accept returns that show any wear, debris in the sole, creases in the leather, or soil and dust on the shoes. PaddleballGalaxy will not credit back shoes in this non-returnable condition. We will ship the shoes back to the customer at the customers expense if requested.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the shoes.. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
