Meet the all new Weapons platform tennis line up—our most extensive line-up revamping ever. Through a collaboration with hall of famers, national champions, current top level players, and a few passionate club players along with the smartest engineers in the game—we now offer, once again, the best paddles ever made.
When we developed the AXË family back in 2021, we wanted to create a paddle that blends the best of both worlds: The oversized head and stability of the Re-Ignites with the maneuverability and longer grip of the O-Zones. Since its introduction, the AXË paddles have been outsold only by their Re-Ignite siblings.
The AXË C30, if you like the Axe C40 but feel it is a little too heavy and stiff for you then the lighter (by 10g/.4oz) and softer core (C30 – formerly Mid Core) Axe C30 is will feel perfect. An equally outstanding paddle as the Axe C40.
EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) Core Densities
All our paddles are made with EVA cores. We offer three distinct core densities across our four adult paddle families
C22: our C22 models are the lightest models within each paddle family and feature the same technology as for our C40 paddles but with a 45% less stiff core density. These lighter paddles feature extra holes, our soft elastomeric dampener positioned in the throat area which absorbs shock at contact reducing arm fatigue and injury, and produces the most slingshot effect of all our models. | C30: same technology as for our C40 paddles but with a 25% less stiff core density. The relatively more flexible and lighter C30 frames are very popular with players of all ages and levels who are looking slightly lighter and more flexible option than our C40 models. | C40: the highest core density available for platform tennis paddles. Higher density foam is heavier and sturdier because it has less air in it. EVA foam is stiff, durable, and resistant to compression and water. This coexists flawlessly with our proprietary Carbon Fiber Stability System (CFS2) which wraps the entire throat of the paddle, giving it added stability and increased shock reduction without adding any weight. This will allow for incredible feel when striking the ball. |
Dual Grit Surface: After extensive testing, we equipped all of this year’s models with the ideal size and density grit, which allows players to experience extreme durability and control under any weather conditions.
Grit Guard: Expanded grit guard area allows for more comfort without sacrificing surface grit.
